Married on May 28, 2005, Carole is an entrepreneur who founded her own training and coaching business.  She is a Registered Corporate Coach and instructor with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). She is a member of CoachVille and the International Association of Coaches (IAC).

Ellen Dunagan specializes in helping women take charge of their careers and achieve greater professional and personal satisfaction.  With over 13 years of experience in human resources, career development, and organizational change, Ellen has created strategic solutions to help organizations improve employee productivity and satisfaction levels.  Ellen has coached hundreds of individuals on career issues ranging from finding employment to changing professions, and has garnered recognition and praise from professional women who have advanced their careers with her help.
